As the urgency of the pandemic wanes, companies are presented with three options: return to office-based work, maintain remote work, or adopt a hybrid approach combining both.
Notably, two of these choices involve some level of remote work, reflecting a continued reliance on the work-from-home model. Consequently, even in 2023, a significant portion of the global workforce continues to operate remotely. Despite the evident advantages of remote work, maintaining a healthy work-life balance remains a prominent challenge. Therefore, exploring methods to enhance the value of remote work while ensuring a proper balance between work and personal life is imperative.
