POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager is a key player in driving successful delivery in our customer engagements. Including the implementation of Integrated Business Applications through its entire life cycle. The skills required to be successful in this role are project management, team leadership, business understanding, communication, and to a lesser degree ERP application, computer, and technology skills. The Project Manager will encourage and lead a cross functional team of function, technical, and administrational experts. In this role you will provide the leadership and inspiration to the team and ensure that company achieves ultimate customer satisfaction in services and products we deliver.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Organize and lead the implementation effort for new and existing clients.
  • Develop project workplans, schedule, estimates, forecasts, and earned value plans
  • Proactively communicate with management, your team, and customers in a proactive manner
  • Manage project according to the signed SOW with the client
  • Responsible for keeping project on track and meeting customer and company deadlines
  • Responsible for achieving a quality implementation as measured by our client and documented in our Microsoft Teams environment
  • Demonstrated judgement and discretion in managing a variety of business situations

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
  • 2- 5 years of prior project management experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant project management experience
  • 2 years of ERP system experience
  • Ability to understand and work with complex technical and challenging customer environments
  • Ability to demonstrate the aptitude to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, define and direct team efforts, and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.
  • ERP Implementation experience, particularly with IFS- as customer or implementation team member a plus
  • Be prepared to travel 50% of the time
  • Must be US based- legally authorized to work in the region
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Earned Value Management technologies a plus
