POSITION TITLE: Associate Project Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of Project Delivery & Planning
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Associate Project Manager is a valuable player in driving successful delivery in our customer engagements, including support of the team with implementation of Integrated Business Applications through the entire life cycle.

Ability to multitask and follow through with a variety of tasks including project budgets, invoicing, project status reports, progress reports, analysis of risks and opportunities, customer or team requests for support, research requests, expense tracking, and technical documentation
Exemplary focus and organizational skills- self-motivated to succeed: self-monitor tasks and assignments, clearly and appropriately communicate areas of concern or potential future risks (project deadline approaching, exceeding budget predictions, unpaid expenses or invoices etc) and successes.
Strive to understand the IFS application and the progression of the stages of implementation
Openly communicate training needs and career goals with regard to project administration and company vision
Computer and technological skills including excel, flowcharts, power points, sharepoint, earned value matrices, copying, scanning, invoicing, emailing, creating spreadsheets, schedules, cost analysis, time tracking, documentation of policies and processes, and creating word or pdf documents, shredding, scanning, copying, faxing and phone use, etc as needed
Cross functional support of functional, technical and administrational experts including preparing requested documents, reports and invoices, conducting research and tracking expenses, seeking lower cost travel or expense options, providing exemplary customer service to both customers and team members
Provide administrative and practical support to other areas in the company, and work locations, as needed, including accommodation research and guidance, travel logistics, on site protocol and procedures, dress code expectations, organization of food and beverage supplies, transportation and documentation of onsite point of contact, on site security or ID requirements and RutterKey team attendance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for achieving and contributing to a quality, positive experience during planning, implementation and additional support requests as measured by our client and team response and documented in our Microsoft Teams environment, through status reports, project meetings, customer follow up and recommendation and referrals.
Provide administrative support for all areas of the company including time and attendance, expenses and documentation, TSheet reports, corrections and adjustments, invoicing, email communication and follow up, constructive communication of areas of concern.
Support a range of business experiences- conferences, tradeshows, presentations, award ceremonies and community/ philanthropic projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration
Project management/ administrative experience preferred
Ability to respectfully and professionally communicate with all team members and customers in a timely way.
Ability to understand and work with complex technical and challenging customer environments and identify when additional support or resources are needed.
Ability to demonstrate the aptitude to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, define and direct team efforts, and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions in a positive, constructive way.
Self-motivated and able to follow direction, work independently and present a completed task.
ERP/ IFS Implementation experience preferred
Be prepared to travel 50% of the time
Must be US based- legally authorized to work in the region
Knowledge and proficiency in Earned Value Management technologies a plus
