However, recent research indicates that many individuals experience frustration and dissatisfaction in their jobs, which raises an important question: How can we feel frustrated when we're doing what we love? Is it possible that most people don't have the opportunity to pursue their passions? Alternatively, should we reconsider the boundaries between doing what we love and finding love in what we do? Seeking answers, Thilini turned to her colleagues at IFS, and their responses proved to be truly inspiring.
