The technical team is the backbone of the RutterKey product line and is responsible for three key missions. We build intelligent products which meet the needs of our customers for the challenges they have not even considered yet. We are looking for programmer/technical analysts and data engineers to help evolve and innovate our infrastructure and to support our customers. .In this role, you will:
Build products used by RutterKey consultants and customer to solve business challenges. Drive and deliver the ongoing software solutions to solve the next problems facing our customers.
Collaborate with team members to architect and build our infrastructure and be responsible for the entire software lifecycle.
Work closely with our customers, partners to understand their use cases & needs. Seek the right solution to their problems and innovate with rigour.
Evaluate new technologies and approaches as we continue to evolve our software for increasing scale and complex business requirements.
While working on a team you will work to develop the union of people, process, and products to enable continuous delivery of value to our customers.

You demonstrate experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Several years of experience in diagnosing business processes and developing solutions.
Experience in the design and development of data solutions for internal or external products. Moving large volumes of data between systems is a plus.
Experience in any object-oriented programming languages with extra credit if you have more than one OOP language. PLSQL and Java experience is a plus.
Experience working with databases and data manipulation. Oracle and MSSQL is a plus.
Experience working in a large-scale ERP system both functionally and technically. IFS or another Oracle ERP is a plus.
Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, constructions, services industry, or other business processes and principles.
