Georgia

Having quickly made an impact on every project we throw at him, Tobias has now played leadership roles for IFS Applications™ projects in a wide range of industries from global logistics, transportation and freight, to aerospace manufacturing and a rapid growth retail and foodservice business, just to name a few.

As an accomplished consultant of more than 22 years, Tobias has in depth experience with a variety of ERP implementation processes. He has been recognized for leadership in planning, execution, risk assessment, scoped definition and control – all factors in a successful IFS deployment.

He recently served as the IFS functional lead for revision handling and quality management, working closely with a well-established manufacturing services company that develops military electronics systems and subsystems for the Department of Defense and Prime Contractors. Tobias was also responsible for cross department workflow review and optimization.

He is exceptionally skilled at seeing business challenges from the client’s perspective and finding solutions that satisfy all project requirements. In the example above, Tobias’ guidance in supporting the client’s efforts at optimizing material flow from a revision perspective was of great importance to the company’s ERP leadership team.

His level of expertise extends to multi-company, multi-site operations, where he has excelled as a solution architect and trusted advisor. On a recent IFS implementation project for a leading North American oil & gas exploration and production company, he succeeded in mapping an end-to-end solution for 3 of the enterprises’ services companies resulting in a successful “Go Live”.

Tobias joined RutterKey following a three-year tenure with Cenium North America, a U.S.-based property investment and management corporation, where he played the integral roles of Service Director and Senior Project Manager developing an expert understanding of software development, conflict resolution, and negotiations while balancing profitability and executive management protocol.

Tobias is dedicated, multifaceted, and cool under pressure, he is certified in Lean Management and has completed the Agile Project Management program awarded by the Project Management Institute.

We are pleased to have Tobias as part of the RutterKey team, his proven record of delivering solutions that meet both project/customer expectations and budget/profitability goals embodies the RutterKey Way.

In a sense, Tobias has returned to his roots. Earlier in his career he worked as a software engineer and held various project manager and senior project manager roles with IFS from 1994 starting in Värnamo Sweden and ending in 2006 with IFS North American in Raleigh, NC!
