Campus Crest is a large property management company with residential facilities across North America. Since many of their properties are located near colleges and universities, they excel at handling short term lease agreements that often coincide with the school year calendar. The company relies on graduate and undergrad employees to operate and market their residential communities.

RutterKey partnered with Cenium, a Norwegian company, which had customized its CRM software to create a property management tool that allows Campus Crest to schedule and monitor sales events, as well as handle the lease agreement process and resident logistics. For our part, we created a web based environment that would train and certify new Campus Crest employees to prepare them for their roles and responsibilities in day-to-day operations. Our training tool offered a password protected website, a user profile to identify and track employee activity, training videos and curriculum tests to qualify users for step-by-step advancement through the program.
